GMD Advisory Board - Dutch Federation of Trade Unions (FNV) Imke van Gardingen is a policy advisor on labour migration at the Dutch Federation of Trade Unions (FNV). She advises the FNV board, Members of Dutch Parliament, and various sectors on issues related to equal work and equal pay for migrants. Imke publishes opt-eds regularly and conducts her PhD thesis at the VU (Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam) on third-country national labour migration.
