Nearly 50 students shuffled into the Wijkpaleis on a sunny Friday morning to participate in the GMD Master Open Day. Students from all tracks could socialize with each other and meet their supervisors. The day kicked off with a quick registration and a warm coffee or tea for attendees.
There was a film crew nearby to film an unrelated promotional video for the LDE GMD Centre and students were able to be interviewed and asked why exactly they chose the programme. Students were then treated to an informative presentation where they learned the ins and outs of the programme, different extra-curricular activities, and important contact information. A delicious Syrian lunch was then prepared by two Syrian chefs. Students then embarked on a necessary and informative migration tour.
