Dr. Rowanne Marie Maxilom-Mangompit is the present University Director for Internationalization and ASEAN Integration at the Cebu Technological University. She was the University Director for the Center for Communication and Media from September 2019 to September 30, 2021.
She is also a faculty member of the Department of Languages and Literatures at the Cebu Technological University. She had been affiliated with the University of San Carlos for 21 years since 1998, she is now employed at the Cebu Technological University. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Linguistics at De La Salle University, Manila in 2008. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in English with Applied Linguistics and Master of Arts in English Language Teaching at the University of San Carlos. She is also a licensed and registered real estate broker and financial advisor.
